SpillWatch!® LR
SpillWatch!® LR extends the SpillWatch!® detection capability to longer ranges, enabling surveillance of larger water areas from a single installation point. It is designed for applications where early warning over a wide area is critical — such as harbour entrances, shipping lanes, and offshore exclusion zones.
Long-range spill detection for wide-area early warning
SpillWatch!® LR uses the same proven UV fluorescence and infrared detection technology as SpillWatch!®, but with optics optimised for long-range operation. Detection range extends to 500 m, making it suitable for monitoring harbour entrances, shipping lanes, and offshore exclusion zones from a single fixed installation. The system operates continuously and triggers alarms with geo-referenced event logs on detection. Like the standard SpillWatch!®, an ATEX/IECEx explosion-proof version is available for hazardous area deployment. SpillWatch!® LR is used by port authorities, coastguards, and offshore operators who need early warning over a larger water area.
